- Ground turkey (15% fat content): 95%
- Carolina Craft fine grind: 3%
- Salt: 1%
- Ground black pepper: 0.5%
- Ground thyme: 0.2%
- Ground rosemary: 0.2%
- Ground basil: 0.1%
- Combine all ingredients and blend until combined—avoid over mixing.
- Place in desired baking vessel and bake at 350°F until reaching internal temperature of 165°F.
- Remove from oven and rest for a minimum of five minutes before removing from pan for slicing.
