Ingredients:

  • Ground turkey (15% fat content): 95%
  • Carolina Craft fine grind: 3%
  • Salt: 1%
  • Ground black pepper: 0.5%
  • Ground thyme: 0.2%
  • Ground rosemary: 0.2%
  • Ground basil: 0.1%

Procedure:

  • Combine all ingredients and blend until combined—avoid over mixing.
  • Place in desired baking vessel and bake at 350°F until reaching internal temperature of 165°F.
  • Remove from oven and rest for a minimum of five minutes before removing from pan for slicing.
