- Salt: 1.5%
- Coarse ground black pepper: 0.5%
- Garlic powder: 0.5%
- Onion powder: 0.3%

- Blend all ingredients until combined—avoid over mixing.
- Form into desired size patty and cook to internal temperature of 165°F.
